 I have a ton of respect for Bernie. She’s been a passionate advocate for many things, especially public education. I’m proud to endorse her knowing that she’s the type of leader I’d want to be represented by.

I first met Bernie in 2016 while running for the Iowa House. As a 33 year member of IAFF local 7 and past president we immediately shared the belief that all workers deserve to be treated fair and equal. The rights of Americans citizens need to be respected and protected from those that don’t believe all Citizens are equal and no one is above the law.
